I worked with Shauneen for a number of sessions, over a timeframe that worked for me. She had an infinite amount of patience for me and she worked at my pace. She was caring and very understanding, and she taught me so many techniques to help with my specific issues. She helped me feel relaxed and understand myself and my emotions better. “It’s not your anxiety, it’s just anxiety” has been an amazing thing for me to remember. She gave me so many techniques to help when things get tough, and I use them still today! My sessions finished 7 months ago, and I’m feeling so much better now because of Shauneen’s help, and when times get tricky I have the tools to help get through it! I would wholeheartedly recommend Shauneen to anyone who wants a really caring considerate therapist who listens and genuinely helps.

The sessions I had with Shauneen have been a huge blessing in my life. I have had some difficult topics to work through in my life around my self-worth, and the way it was impacting both my work & personal life. And while I normally support myself through these things, it was wonderful to let myself be held, guided and supported by her so that I could see beyond my own blind spots and receive her wisdom and transmissions. We shifted some big things in each session! And I could take these shifts with me into my daily life to change some things that were getting seriously stuck. Extremely grateful!

A few months ago I met Shauneen on fb and I had a wonderful session with her… We spoke about the cult and the way I was treated and she really encouraged me to find peace in myself. It’s been a while since I’ve done that but the first time I experienced it with her was really amazing and I’m so grateful for her showing me how to do it properly so I can feel and be one with myself and the energy inside me.
